I like the fact that it is organic but the spiciness is not there. I perfer the Sagion cinnamon because of its flavor. This cinnamon is mildly spicy.

I was was very satisfied with this product, great quality cayenne and very fresh,the only complaint was that you have to order three at a time,unless you want a higher price with high shipping charges(not available with Prime).To maintain freshness refrigerate,once it is opened. Once again,Amazon is great!
